Are you dreading the treadmill today? Not looking forward to your burn boot camp class? Dreading the gym and the pushing yourself part of your workout?
Today I want to share 4 ways to stop exercising and do fun healthy movement instead.
You don’t have to keep pushing yourself to workout. You don’t have to drag your body through the motions of doing a cardio routine that you just don’t have the energy for. Lifting weights when your limbs feel so heavy from your exhaustion.
It’s very much counter to what fitness experts may say but I want to offer you some grace and love today to listen to your body and do what is right for you.
As women over 40, doing intense cardio isn’t always the best thing for us to do for our workouts. With hormonal issues, menopause, chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue and more, intense cardio can actually do more harm than good to our bodies.
Give yourself grace and choose something different for your exercise routine this week if you are feeling worn out and exhausted.
