124. Do you know you need to change your LIFESTYLE but are resistant? Why my word of the year (SURRENDER) may help you too. Faith Friday

You WANT to make changes to your diet and lifestyle, you really do, but you keep becoming resistant to the change.

You start out strong but your old habits get in the way of making lasting change to your lifestyle that you know would help you feel better. 

Like Paul said, we do what we know we shouldn’t be doing and don’t do what we know we should be doing!

Why are we SO RESISTANT to change? Even change for the better in our health? 

Today I share something that popped out at me as I was reading in Deuteronomy. 

What are you begging God for but you aren’t doing the steps to help yourself get to where you want to go? 

Are you sabotaging yourself again and again because of your resistance to changing your diet and lifestyle habits?

Jesus was the perfect example of us truly surrendering to God the Father.  In ALL things.
