145. Could your INFLAMMATION be related to Erythritol? The Latest Artificial Sweetener WARNINGS you shouldn’t ignore.

I want to share some important erythritol warnings that you shouldn’t ignore.

So, I want to talk about why Erythritol could be dangerous to your brain and heart health and how inflammatory it can be.

There have been some serious warnings about the dangers of artificial sweeteners and more specifically lately of Erythritol. Even though studies are proving how dangerous these artificial sweeteners are, they are still in our foods and beverages. 

Honestly, it is up to us to read labels and learn what is healthy and what is not healthy to our brain and our body thereby causing inflammation.
