149. Looking for a Quick & Easy Protein Breakfast or Snack? 7 Plant-based Options to try.

Do you grab a protein shake as you run out the door? Have you been trying to stop skipping breakfast and so you reach for that quick and easy option? 

Often I am asked what brands of protein powders and bars are healthier options. I decided to do an episode on this topic so be sure to grab a notepad and pen as I will be mentioning the brands I have tried. There are so many products out there and I haven’t tried them all of course but these are my top picks for right now that are a bit more reasonable in price. 

Trying to be healthier doesn’t mean perfection.  Being healthier means consistent progress towards a healthier lifestyle. Ideally you want to reach for whole food based bars/powders and to be able to recognize the ingredients as being whole food. 

Quick and easy protein breakfast or snack options that will be good for you and are plant based.
