Is summer a time to slow down? Is it a time to practice some long overdue self care?
I would say a definite yes!
Whether we choose summer to be the time to slow down or not, all of us need to have an intentional time block set aside to just BE.
This could include a vacation away or a staycation. Or to finally focus on those home tasks that we have been putting off without having such a stress filled deadline.
Slowing down and practicing self-care is necessary. For our physical, emotional/mental and spiritual health.
Today I am sharing quickly the why and what of my time taking a break from recording episodes and I will be sharing a bit about what is coming from Treasured Wellness in this 2nd half of the year.
