One of the intentions of this challenge is to help you recognize the importance of moving your body daily.

If you are not in the habit of regular exercise than it’s time to take a good hard look at WHY? 

We are looking at some different ways you can incorporate fun, healthy movement into your lifestyle without even leaving your home.
