187. Challenge Day 5- Body, Soul & Spirit: Honoring God Through How we Treat our Bodies

Welcome to DAY 5 of the Healthy Movement Challenge! We are discussing and asking ourselves the hard question of are we honoring God through how we treat our bodies? 

What does God say in His word about how we care for ourselves? We are going to address 2 main questions that you may want to sit with and pray about for a few minutes after listening. 

This is a little bit of tough love coming your way but there is also a healthy dose of grace. Get comfy with your bible and a journal as you let God speak to your heart about your health.

I pray you have enjoyed this week’s challenge and the idea of fun, healthy movement to help you with mindset around exercise.  When we keep our exercise fun it helps to boost our emotional, mental and physical health.
