Food and your skin’s microbiome: Common skin issues related to your food is the topic for today! Does it even matter? How can what we eat affect our skin?

 Dealing with annoying adult acne and dermatitis? Your food could be to blame.

Dermatitis is simply inflammation of the skin. Has your dermatologist ever suggested that what you are eating could be a direct result of how your skin is reacting? 

Chances are, no. I share a bit about my daughter’s sickness that affected her skin many years ago and how the foods she was eating was greatly affecting her. Even though, each and every doctor said food had nothing to do with her skin condition or her migraines, food had EVERYTHING to do with why she was so sick. (See Ep. 1 & 2)
