I know how hard it is to be feeling drained, exhausted and completely worn out yet still wanting (or thinking) I should do a work out. 
I used to push myself to get in my work out even when my body was crying NO. 
I usually felt much worse the next day and even more exhausted and fatigued. 

It’s really not ideal to push yourself through intense exercise when you are already exhausted. But you still want to move your body daily, right? 

Today I share my 3 best exercises for when you are going through a time of fatigue that will not exhaust you more.
