Emotional eating happens to us all. We all reach for the junk food knowing it isn’t good for us but not really caring in the moment because, well, we want it and need it (we think) to help us through the emotions we are feeling at the time.
But for some women, it is a lifelong struggle to get control of the emotional eating habits and patterns that plague them. You may label yourself as an “emotional eater” but is that really the way God sees you? The way He wants you to see yourself?
